We honor our product and we will accept returns of any unused item within 10 days of being shipped. Return Authorization is required for all returns. Special custom orders cannot be returned. Hanging tags must still be attached to the product.
All online purchases must be returned to our warehouse, not to any BrazilRoxx retailer.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing the return, and your credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 12 to 15 business days for receipt and processing of your return. An email notification will be sent upon the return completion.
